It\u2019s not just suppliers who are independently visited to check that factories are safe, employees are treated well and paid fairly: our own UK site is audited for our customers\u2019 peace of mind.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>On The Ground<\/h3>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">When it comes to sourcing it\u2019s important to understand who you\u2019re dealing with, and that\u2019s about more than just a product and an email address. Our sourcing team visits existing suppliers regularly, and before deciding to work with any new supplier we always visit their factory &#8211; no matter how distant they may be and how long it takes to get there &#8211; to do our own checks and satisfy ourselves that they have the same values of honesty, integrity and fairness.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Social
